Reiki for Animals

    We all love our pets as they are one of the family. Unfortunately animals suffer from physical, emotional, and psychological trauma just like we do. Reiki can be beneficial for pets that suffer from stress, anxiety, fear, or physical ailments. Reiki gives a calming effect and brings balance to the energy system.

    If your pet is skittish or aggressive they can be treated with long distant Reiki. Long distant Reiki is just as effective and eliminates distress on the animal as well as risk of injury to the animal, their owners and the Reiki practitioner.

    Reiki can also be beneficial to animals that are getting ready to make the transition from this world. Everything is energy and on an energetic level you can communicate with all things. Communication can be essential during this sensitive time. I have found animals will have messages for their owners. In some cases pets will try wait until their owners are ready for them to move on. It is important for the owner to give the animal permission to go as well as say good bye to there pet. Reiki is based on the belief that universal energy flows through all living things. In order to communicate with animals I go into a meditative state where I receive images, sounds, words, and feelings. Through this dream like state I am able to receive messages as well as send messages to the animal and share this information with the client.

    I let the animal know I am there to listen and relay any messages they want communicated as well as communicate any clarity they may need about there state of being. I offer my support and understanding in there time of need.

   Linda did a session on our cat, Lynx. We decided to foster Lynx when she was about a year old. She was found under a car in downtown Salt Lake City. As you can imagine, Lynx is very skeptical of people. She has been apart of our family for four years now, and she is great with my fiance, but she is still very skeptical of me.

   We recently asked Linda to do a Reiki session on Lynx. After the session, Linda told us that Lynx feels very exposed, and just doesn't know what to expect at any given moment. Since the session, Lynx has warmed up to me quite a bit. She now comes up to me and rubs against me and lets me pet her.

   Our experience with Linda has been nothing short of wonderful. She has opened our minds as well as our cat's mind. She explained everything to us very simply, and we really got what she was talking about. Linda is an amazing person and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Linda for a wonderful experience.
