Reiki

    Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes relaxation and healing.

    During a Reiki session you are fully clothed and laying on a massage table. After a short meditation and prayer I become a channel for Reiki. This universal energy flows through me to you. This can be done by laying on hands or with the hands just above your body. I use several hand positions throughout the session. Reiki treats the whole person physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually creating relaxation and peace.

Sessions are $40.00 an hour and usually do not exceed one hour.

 

Harmonizing the Chakras

    In this Reiki session I will be working with two Chakras simultaneously.

     Both of my hands will be placed on the crown Chakra during opening meditation. The other hand placements are as followed:

     My hands will be placed on the first Chakra and sixth Chakra, to promote balance between grounding and imagination, survival and intuition, self preservation and self reflection.

     Next my hands will be placed on the second Chakra and fifth Chakra to promote balance between desire and communication, sexuality and creativity, self gratification and self expression.

     Next my hands will be placed on the third Chakra and the forth Chakra to promote balance between will and love, power and peace, self definition and self acceptance.

   To complete the session I will place my hands on your feet. This strengthens the energy flow throughout the body and creates a grounding effect.

     The Chakra harmonizing session is thirty minutes to one hour. Costs are $20.00 for one half hour.

Chakra readings

     Chakras are the gateways through which our body, mind, and sprit flow into physical expression. My gift is to read the energy of the Chakras.

     In a chakra reading I will convey the images, feelings, and messages I receive to the recipient. It is my belief that energy proceeds form. It is the energy projected through thought forms and emotions that create energy restrictions. Energy restrictions are manifested as physical, emotional, and mental dis-ease.

     By bringing consciousness and acknowledgement of the recipients thought forms and emotions to the surface it allows the recipient to accept responsibility for there own healing process. This self understanding allows the recipient to restore balance to the energy system.

     Through a Chakra reading you are able to gain insight and understanding of yourself and are able to "let go" of unnecessary and outdated thought forms and emotions and reside in self understanding and acceptance.

Long Distance Reiki

“May the Buddha in me connect with the Buddha in you to promote harmony and peace”

    In long distant Reiki I receive and send mental messages as well as send positive energy over a distance. Long distant Reiki transcends time and space, therefore it can be used for past, present and future events.

    Photographs are helpful in long distant Reiki to aid in visualization and help focus attention on the person receiving Reiki. In the case of a past issue, such as a traumatic childhood event, a photo taken around the time of the incident is needed. In present or future events, such as an up coming wedding, recent photos are sufficient.

    Reiki has an effect on the subtle body and balances out the energy system; therefore Reiki is beneficial at any given time regardless of circumstances.

    Long distant Reiki is convenient if you have a conflicting schedule or can not travel for any reason. Long distant Reiki can be given to those who live out of state or out of the country. An appointment is necessary. During the scheduled appointment it is suggested that you set aside some time and rest in order to receive the full benefits of the Reiki session.

    A long distant Reiki session includes a thirty minute Reiki session. One half hour for me to write down the impressions and messages received during the session and a thirty minute phone call for $60.00.

Or, a one hour Reiki session, One half hour for me to write down the impressions and messages received during the session and one hour phone call for $100.00.

       If you do not wish to receive energy communication and would simply like positive energy sent your way twenty minute sessions are available for $20.00.
